Luna E Dolore respects your privacy and ensures that the personal information you give us remains confidential. This privacy statement tells you what data we collect when you use our services and/or products, why we collect this data and what we do with it. We also tell you what your rights are, who has access to your data and how long we keep your data. Processing purposes and retention period
Luna E Dolore collects and processes your data for the purposes listed below. In doing so, we use both data that you communicate to us and data that we collect ourselves (e.g. about your visit to our website). We retain personal data for the time necessary to achieve the purpose, or for the time required by law (e.g. keeping accounting documents).
Fulfilling your order
To fulfill your order, we need your name, first name, e-mail address, address, delivery address, payment details, as well as your telephone number. This enables us to deliver your order and keep you informed of its progress. The law requires us to keep details of your order for 7 years.
Newsletters
You can subscribe to our newsletter. In it we inform you about special offers, promotions and our novelties. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time at info@lunaedolore.com.
Personalised content
To provide you with a pleasant and useful website visit, we keep data about your purchases and your browsing behaviour on our website (looking, clicking, searching). This allows us to show you ads that match your personal interests. This is done on the basis of cookies and your IP address. When we involve other parties in this, they are obliged to respect the confidentiality of your data. Would you rather not see personalised ads? Then you can refuse cookies (see further under 'cookies'). The retention period of cookies is limited and differs per cookie. Account
If you wish, you can create a personal account in which you provide a user name and password. This way, you do not have to re-enter your details every time you place a new order. In your account, we store your name, e-mail address, address, delivery address, payment details, telephone number, date of birth (if you provide it), order history, wish lists, and e-mail preferences. We store this personal data on a secure server. You can ask to have your data deleted in your account at any time. We will delete your data in any case if you have not logged in for 7 years.
Contests
When you take part in a promotion or competition, we ask for your name, address and e-mail address. This allows us to run the action and announce the winner(s). This also allows us to measure the response to our promotional actions. You can find out how long we keep your data in the contest conditions.
Reviews
We value the opinions of our visitors. We only post reviews with your permission. If you want to leave such a review on the website, you can choose whether your name or other personal details are visible to other website visitors. You can also use a pseudonym. Finally, you can also indicate whether we may contact you about your review. We have the right to moderate reviews if they do not comply with our terms of use. Your review will be kept until you ask us to remove it.
Improving our services and website
To improve our services and our website, we may use your e-mail address to ask you if you would like to participate in a satisfaction or market survey. When we use other parties for this purpose, they are obliged to respect the confidentiality of your data. The retention period of your data varies for each survey. As soon as the survey is completed, we remove all data that can be traced back to you personally.
Social media
If you use social media (e.g. facebook), some of our website pages allow you to log in with your social media account and share these pages on your social media (e.g. via a 'like' or 'share' button). We will not gain access to your social media account. We also keep personal contact details of our of professional clients and partners. We treat this data with the same confidentiality as other customer data.
Legal grounds for processing
Luna E Dolore processes personal data on the following legal grounds:
consent (e.g. sending newsletters and invitations; collecting sensitive data)
- necessary for the performance of an agreement (e.g. executing your order)
- necessary to fulfil a legal obligation
- necessary for the fulfilment of our legitimate interest to do business
Where the processing of personal data is done on the legal basis of consent, you always have the right to withdraw the consent given again for the future.
Transfer to third parties
Luna E Dolore does not sell your personal data to third parties. However, we do share your data internally with our employees (whether employed or self-employed). Furthermore, we share your data with third parties only for:

- providing the website environment;

- providing (and distributing) newsletters.

Transfer of Personal Data outside the EEA
We share your Personal Data with suppliers within the European Economic Area.
Some of our suppliers are located outside the European Economic Area. We only share your Personal Data with third parties outside the EEA where they have signed a processor agreement and ensure an adequate level of protection, in particular:
transfers take place to third countries outside the EEA or to international organisations providing an adequate level of protection; or
the transfers take place with Sub-Processors subject to binding corporate rules recognised in Belgium as providing an adequate level of protection; or
a standard data protection agreement following the model established by the European Commission was signed between Luna E Dolore and the supplier prior to the start of the transfer.
